This summer, July 1 to August 25th, 2019, I have an exhibition of my earthscape pieces at the Rails End Gallery and Art Center in Haliburton. Many of the pieces are complete but the larger pieces have to go from mock-ups to end product.
I thought that I would show process here.
Join me at the Rails End to see the completed pieces. The opening is July 6th from 3pm to 5pm refreshments served.
Packing Up
First of 20. This may take awhile.

Preservation of the Species (someday someone will come and help me label these)
This piece references a time in the future when animals have been genetically altered and have mutated to a point of being unrecognizable. I have been collecting found bones for about a year now, Cleaning can be gruesome but…

After I clean and glue the found bones i ‘preserve’ them in wax.
The support is 3’x5′ I bolted two pieces together because it seemed to fit the intent
